When I visited the team's offices, it appeared that there could be some minor tweaking to the apartment tower's final design, but not too much (purposive). On another note, thankfully the building's height will terminate at the Sudbury's transition from apartments to condos, ~2.5 real floors...

They are flexible with listings and showings. There are only five floor plans, with each unit type on each of the 11 floors.

Lot H / 18 Sep 2020 Workers added quite a bit more steel this week (maximum height = 4 levels above grade).

Lot G / 18 Sep 2020 With very few exceptions, installers add cladding only after 1600hrs. No glass is on site.

Lot W (west pod) / 16 Sep 2020 Looks like a teal bar ... lots of point light in the ceiling. Of the three businesses that will occupy Lot W, two are slated to open on/about 10 October.

@stick n move Agreed. And while I understand many ABers aren't fond of what has been built on what once was a mud pit decorated with random flora, I have been here since prior to Lot N's construction and am pleased that each building's design improved from initial renders to approved...

@etik Spot on! I think I recall your comment tonight from the call (or someone who mentioned something quite similar). I own a spot but arbitrage its rent against that of Lot U. There were fewer questions than I expected regarding parking logistics. Lot U is going to take a while to get out...

Lot H / 14 Sep 2020 The highest steel reaches to level four. This building will be smaller than the Sanofi building (Lot G), but this is the one with the dual level lobby, and the extension/coupling to the Gilmore Bridge, I mentioned several days ago.

Lot G / 11 Sep 2020 I watched these gents until midnight on Friday. Between two and six large pieces of the facade seem to be delivered daily, but I haven't been able to discern their mounting schedule. Quite a bit was done on Saturday, but nothing on Sunday.
