They did a pretty good organizational job until the last 2-3 hours, when a number of their cement truck drivers began breaking the "not on Morgan AVE" (old Northpoint BLVD) rule and not stopping for pedestrians at crosswalks, stop signs, and the like. Caused a bit of a stir.

According to DivCo, it is not yet under construction, but that doesn't mean that it won't be soon. A lot of the dirt that is being shuffled around came from W, which is about half framed.

Stick, some of what you posted has been updated (significantly) ... 1) There is no "retail square" since Lot I's building emplacement has changed (there should be a performance/circle-in-the-round at the plot's north end); 2) Lots J and K were joined, with the combined lot nearing completion...

I find the addition atop the Cheesecake Factory...appealing, in a stupendously faux crenelated fashion. It conjures Sedona.

Unfortunately, there are a few views along the Greenway (cough, 99 High ST, cough) that will see (almost) that view. This is also one of those buildings that could grow on us. 200 Clarendon isn't regarded as beautiful when viewed broadside, but I've learned to love its shimmering blue expanse...
