    66 Cambridge Street | Charlestown

I'd assume there'd at least be a secondary entrance on or near Cambridge Street to allow commuters from Sullivan to easily access the building. Maybe at the corner of Cambridge and Spice? I doubt the primary entrance would be on Hood Park Drive though—it is an extremely narrow street, especially...

    Union Square D2.1 | 10 Prospect Street | Somerville

I hope you're right! My 8 foot floor-to-ceiling height assumption comes from a slab height of 1 foot and a drop ceiling of 1 foot to accommodate HVAC, sprinklers, etc. But if both of those are considerably thinner, then 9 foot ceilings are definitely a possibility.

    Union Square D2.1 | 10 Prospect Street | Somerville

According to the 2018 plans, the floor-to-floor height is exactly 10 feet: This would suggest a floor-to-ceiling height of around 8 feet, which is considerably lower than the 9-9.5 foot standard ceiling height for new SFHs and condos. 8' used to be the US standard but feels claustrophobic by...

In one meeting, the developers highlighted...

Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

On top of that, the paint demarcating the bus lanes is close to being completely worn off in most sections. Knowing MassDOT, I doubt they have any date set to explicitly remove the bus lanes; they'll just let the paint fade into oblivion naturally.

Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

That property (32 Webster Ave.) was purchased by a developer in 2010 for a mere $160,000. I assume this afforded the developer the ability to sit on the parcel for so long in anticipation of the Green Line station opening and the area getting reconfigured. They did clear the lot of trees in...
