I live down the street--the space is there, but if I had to guess it looks like they're waiting for the Hilton to wrap up construction before finishing the path network up.

Great photos, @HelloBostonHi! It's hard to overstate how different Park Street feels. It's worlds brighter, and it feels more open, even with all the construction equipment around. A remarkable change.

I was struggling to find a render (or any documentation) of the replacement -- thank you! I doubt they did, but it would be nice if they salvaged materials from the old structure.

Franklin Park has the Ellicott Arch, which carries Circuit Drive over the footpaths below. It's also close by to the Overlook and Schoolmaster Hill ruins, which are rad.

It's preparation for the second phase of the Muddy River Restoration Project. Dredging and shoreline restoration from the Fens through Olmsted Park... so prepare for much more (temporary) fencing over the next couple of years.

I am reminded of the Lightview/Northeastern Dorm on Columbus.

Per the Leventhal Center's Atlascope, it looks like "Toll Gate Way" was a path between Washington Street and Hyde Park Avenue, established sometime between 1905 and 1914...
