I don't subscribe to it either but I'm able to read the article online. If it's normally a subscription they must allow at least 1 free article per month for me to see it. Try clicking on it and maybe it will work for you.
I realize you joined almost 13 years ago, but "Dr. StrangeHat" seems like an appropriate nickname for this building.
Not only does the current version have the extra top floor, but the overall windows are also different.
What kind of materials are they using here? Is the top made of wood or...
It looks straight out of the 60's, kind of like Portland's version of the Pru mixed with the old Section 8 style of residential. I love the ambition but honestly think the building looks pretty terrible. So... congratulations, I guess?
Sorry, other than the 380' height and apparent...

This is Austin since 2015. Talk about a city building upward. On the other hand we build 10 stories right next to the Greenway and regularly waste our limited parcels on stumpy labs, stumpy residential (ie less than half as dense as we could easily build), or just don't get things built at...
She's probably trying to avoid making eye contact with any of the local creeps. Same thing with the lady in the 5th pic down holding the papers and red bag. Stranger still is the little kid in the last pic with the 80 on his back. What the heck is up with the backwards letters below the...
When does the building start? They have been working on this deck for nearly 3 years. All that just to put up a gigantic lab during a major downturn for the industry. Is it too late to pivot to a 500' residential?
Wholly underwhelming, this type of development belongs 10-15 miles further from the city than the current location. It would fit better in the towns near 495, as similar complexes surrounding 95 are already taller/denser. Frankly, this is flat out embarrassing for a Boston neighborhood.
Best chicken caesar wrap ever, to the point where I'm pretty sure it's what got me to like chicken caesar wraps to begin with! The Jimmy Carter peanut butter banana shake also ruled. It looks like they're down to only 3 locations, with one of those in Hanover NH (by Dartmouth). Also appears...

Augusta is so bizarre. The highlighted area is literally the entirety of "downtown" and it's just a single short street. Comparatively it makes Concord NH look like a big city.
