The 1149-55 Harrison Building is pretty crazy. 3 stories, surface parking, well below even the city's paltry density limits. Wondering what the story is here...exactly 10 units doesn't buy you relief, nor does limiting yourself to 3 stories?

Boston has had one of the tightest, if not the tightest, hotel market in the continental US for years now. Construction costs would be hard to see given this building is already over 6 stories and needs a gut rehab. We can be friendly here.

I'm not sure about that. The status of the land around Melnea Cass is *very* weird and there's been multiple proposals to put in better walking, biking, and bus lanes.

The CCBA is directly responsible for making chinatown unaffordable between this and tai tung ph2
