212 Stuart is also in the district. That project made it clear as to how worthless the districts actually are in preserving the character of the city's historic neighborhoods. If someone wants to build another 20 stories on those lots, it's not impossible.

Thanks! I'd personally agree that it's more the South End, but the Planning Department considers everything to the west of Mass Ave to be in Roxbury so they place 373 in that neighborhood.
