That telephone/electric pole should be buried and not moved. I'm surprised there is still overhead utilities in such a built-up area.

After having served Jury Duty several times at the old Court House, the view was great while you had to wait around to be picked or not. Beyond that, I found the building depressing. I MUCH prefer the new iteration. I personally think it fits much nicer into the urban surroundings.

Any update on the Market Place Center proposal? Is it dead? I hope this doesn't get built in the current iteration of the design.

Totally agree! I do hope the public space is as nice as that rendering. Retail makes for a dynamic and interesting interior. I've always felt like Back Bay Station is not very welcoming, and not a place you really want to spend any time waiting.
