Re: Lovejoy Wharf Yup. The floor plates do not work in the part being torn down. Ceilings are too low and the column spacing is below par. That's why nothing except dead storage and paintball have been in there since the Carter administration.

Before it was the gas company building, the gas company had a tank on site. I have never seen a picture of it, but maps do show it. It made sense to have it there becuase this was a borderland industrial area pre-1920.
