Agreed! ^^^ The Cape really suffers from poor transit options for both local and regional connections. Trips on P&B or PP are too expensive to be a regular option (25 + 5 service fee (bike 10 extra)) and only get you Mid Cape. Any connections from Hyannis remain mostly Mid and Lower Cape...

Anyone know how serious this idea is from the 'South Boston Seaport Strategic Transit Plan.' This is my first time seeing this cross harbor RR plan - one of the slides cites London Crossrail/Elizebeth Line as a precedent ($🙃$).

Bus service improvements to the seaport are great, but imo a temporary solution. I have a hard time imagining the 'well heeled' residents, tourists, and workers in the area fully utilize improved buses. Screenshots of the bus related portion of the Report (apologies if these have been posted...

Went and found the plans for 8 Winter St (Dunkin) and I'm pretty disappointed: surface parking (right next to Lechmere!) + unactivated corner + poor urban design + low-ish density (than I feel is warranted for the site). I'm surprised this site is not being developed into one multi-unit...
