It was a bit annoying that housing used to be allowed here as of right, but they made it a forbidden use with a zoning change made in the last few years.

They have also finally repaved Beacon St in Back Bay and will be putting the separated bike lane back in soon. That one had been super rough riding from the get go.

Looking at the most recent presentation, there is a lot of mismatch between the plans and slides, but I think there's some consensus between them that the parking lot is a placeholder for a 6-story Phase 5 building.

Their closing of the Huntington Ave NB/EB surface road is annoying. They close it down before the morning rush hour and it often doesn't reopen before the PM rush. Why not just keep it closed 24/7 and not designate all those resources to moving fence lines every day?

The foundation seems to match the drawings, but I can't figure out how the mansard roof is supposed to work. It looks like they copied the building to the right of this, but it would actually have to be mirrored instead?

To make this happen, they are reassigning route 66 to a different garage so that there is no longer a CNG issue with the tunnel.

Some changes appear to be coming to the 521 Franklin St proposal. I really hated the initial design. Felt somewhat like a Colorado ski-resort condo vibe?? New proposal looking to be a modern mansard take. The City's website is a little difficult to follow as they just sort of haphazardly update...
