I believe based on the render the panels currently up have a lower% of glass than the ones that will rise above them. Which is to say I think the facade will be better moving forward

What angle is the first render from? Because based on the ICA in the background it looks like its from the water. But the renders don't match, so I am very confused.

So looking at the variance picture above why not make Hook (Even Chiorfano) chip in to fix the fort point bridge, as a condition for the variance.
