319 on A was nice, and 22 Liberty is easily one of the favorite new buildings on aB. Not much other residential has gone up, the stuff on D street isnt revolutionary but does do a good job of creating a street wall. Park Lane & Waterside are crap.

I just generally dislike the design, as it feels very cold. Appropriate to memorialize him but some greenery would make it a more warm and inviting space.

Looks like the ground breaking ceremony on the new Our Lady of Good Voyage was purely ceremonial, as it looks like zero activity has occurred on the site since. Waiting for weather, or parking leases to end?

More like 8 stories with 12 foot ceilings. (107 ft height limit) Max building sq footage is somewhere around 32k sq ft, probably less as the first level will have T entrance. 1.2 million is a crazy number

Re: New Brighton Landing | New Balance Complex If the C's relocate, you have to wonder if 98.5 sports hub will relocate/make a studio in the development. Currently they are at Leo M Birmingham Parkway, and since they have the C's/Bruins games it may make sense.
