I would guess this is right, as I would imagine 10 Fan Pier or One harbor Shore Drive would be the next building built. I would guess 50 Liberty will be the last building, as they are collecting revenue from Sam's and Louis Boston in the temporary building.

I think it looks great, and is a very deserved tribute to those fallen soldiers. This plot was always slated to be a park, so this is a great use. Good on Hynes for donating the lot.
