On a serious note, it seems like great timing for the opening of the rehab hospital, with so many of those injured coming away losing a limb or having one mangled. Hopefully Spaulding Rehab can provide the care necessary for these unfortunate people to regain some sense of normalcy.

That is the suffolk downs Paddock, or the stables. Probably not located there for a cost reason, ie if you build on the location they have put forth they dont have to rebuild all the paddocks.

Post is spot on....... However the more I think about the South Boston Seaport/ Fort point area, I think the real issue with many of these designs is scale. Many of these buildings currently being approved or constructed have footprints that are way to big. I would prefer to see maybe 2 or 3...

Re: New residential mid-tower set for Pier 4 Agreed that this building is pretty bad, but the pocket park isnt the issue. Especially given the building to its right which houses both Atlantic Beer Garden and Whiskey priest, is set somewhat off the street. If anything the set back will help...
