Motor Mart Tower | 201 Stuart Str. | Park Sq | Boston

Nice. Stuart Street keeps getting better and better.

Echelon Seaport | 133-135 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

Great pictures! This is the one that's going to "tie the room together".

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Walked past this today; pictures dont do it justice. There is a "wow!" factor when standing below it and looking up. It seems taller than it is due to being slender.

    Why is this building empty?

That sucks. This old building has character.

    Dorchester Infill and Small Developments

The what's needs to happen to all the 1-2 story commercial buildings that line the main streets in Boston's neighborhoods.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Some reasonably tall towers may be built over the pike eventually which may help link the skyline from some angles. Supertalls are unlikely though.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

These towers will give The Garden more of a "big city" feel when they show it on tv during games.

Pier 4 Condo Building (Former Anthony's site) | Seaport

    I really like this one.

Residential Tower | 26 Court St. | Government Center

Modernist towers generally suck but I like 1 Boston Place. Its dark color adds something different to the skyline, and its not fat like 1 Beacon or 1 Federal.

    150 Kneeland Street | Chinatown

    I like it.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

This building changes the Back Bay skyline forever. All my life its been 2 spikes and all their little squat friends (111 Huntington is not quite tall enough to really change that).

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District This tower will continue what the Millennium Tower started - drawing your eyes away from the 60's/70's boxes. That alone makes it a win.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District According to the height limit map, 800' is allowed in some areas of downtown. I remember years ago there's was talk of building a tower at the St Anthony's shrine on Arch St. That's the perfect spot for an 800' peak. PS - I wish Logan would get...

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District I like this tower. That said, the downtown needs a peak, and this isn't it. 800' would do it. To some extent, aesthetics do matter.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District Awesome!

    Quincy Center Redevelopment

That tower is fine for Quincy. Its not going up on Boylston Street, sheesh.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District It will probably be revived at some point. Winthrop Square disappeared for years, then came back in a different form.
