The far southeastern edge of the site is the only area that has a 1000' limit according to 'THE FAA MAP' though. The limit could plausibly be negotiated with to spread it around the site, but i doubt it would be worth it for such a potentially controversial project.

Would Hanscom be an issue for Burlington?

The cranes are actually jacked up from where they are anchored, often inside the elevator shafts, every couple floors or so. That way extra tower sections don't have to be handled.

Just abbreviate it MIPS. If that's not fast enough rename it to Gateway Industrial Park or something.

Pisa is exactly the same. Fine grained, water logged silts in the Arno River delta. Early efforts to reinforce the foundation to stop the leaning were enough to inadvertently cause liquefaction and made the leaning worse.
