Amazing how we can't seem to build the kind of quality urbanism that produced the Back Bay or South End anymore, but the terrible vernacular that's dominated South Boston for 150 years persists completely intact.

No worries, no offense taken. I agree the buildings here have relatively small footprints, though they're still somewhat larger than optimal. My real issue is with the architecture - it's monochrome and nothing really stands out. I could never...

That "Hong Luk House" sign looks pretty permanent. Maybe there will be retail in the other facades, but this one will be left a lobby or something, I guess.
