    Charlestown Infill and Small Developments

That's some intense marketing bluster considering there is literally nothing that is hip about this. Location? Bleh. Design? Neotraditionalist. Likely tenants? Wealthy, boring.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Re: Christian Science Church Center Renovation/ New Towers So where is this massive park they're proposing supposed to go?

Radian (Dainty Dot) | 120 Kingston Street | Chinatown

Re: 120 Kingston, 29 Story Tower in Chinatown Admittedly looks less bad than the paneling we saw before. But that was a low bar to beat.

    Waterside Place 1A | 505 Congress Street | Seaport

Re: Waterside Place This is basically how I feel, but cue several forumers arguing that the area is actually "packed with people" because of a couple waterfront restaurants and some lost conventioneers.

Vertex Headquarters @ Fan Pier | 11 Fan Pier Blvd, 50 Northern Ave | Seaport

Re: Fan Pier ^ That aerial makes it look like they might be starting construction on the residential portions!? Or is that stuff on the residential building sites just spillover from other construction?

    Waterside Place 1A | 505 Congress Street | Seaport

Re: Waterside Place At least it improved the streetscape! Oh wait, no, that street is still a gigantic traffic sewer.

Bulfinch Crossing | Congress Street Garage | West End

Re: Congress Street Garage Development Had no idea about this. For all that we lament the West End and Government Center, think about all the bullets dodged.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

That random slap-up of corrugated panel flailing out its rear end is inspired.

    315 on A | 315 A Street | Fort Point

Re: 319 A Street Rear Seems like anything closer to existing/historical architecture is aware of how crappy it'd look by comparison if it didn't shape up. The mass around Fan Pier/the WTC is really where the dreadfulness is concentrated.

    Downtown Crossing/Financial District | Discussion

A lot of travel writers do because travel agents have hookups with deals that you're never going to get on Kayak. Simple booking isn't really their purpose - knowing the difficult to find (and/or impossible to find without going through them) discounts is.

Millennium (Hayward) Place | 580 Washington Street | Downtown

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place Does anyone ever visit a neighborhood for Legal Sea Foods? With so many to choose from, I'd guess it'll serve people who were going to be in DTC for a show, shopping, or whatever anyway, rather than be a draw. At best it'll keep them in the neighborhood...

Millennium (Hayward) Place | 580 Washington Street | Downtown

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place 1. Legal Sea Foods is the Dunkin Donuts of upper middle class fish restaurants in Boston. There are too many around, at the expense of a greater diversity of dining options, and while they're okay, they're not amazing. Yet still popular with a lot of...

    Waterside Place 1A | 505 Congress Street | Seaport

Re: Waterside Place Did they pre-grime some of those panels to make sure that the verisimilitude to the decaying housing blocs of 80s Eastern Europe was just right?

50 Post Office Sq (Fomer Verizon Building Tower)

Re: Verizon Building Tower Well, I was thinking about the surface parking really. But the solution for that - garages - effectively achieved what the highways did.
