    Definitely a great piece of infill. It's a shame that the insurance agency wasn't replaced with ground-floor retail. I'm sure it would be a popular spot considering the building currently serves as an LP for Northeastern students.

    Great list! One thing missing there is Boston Sword & Tuna, built on Marine Industrial Park Parcel 6. You might also want to include Massport D-3 in the "hopefully proposed soon" section, I believe Massport indicated an interest in future development there around the same time as the Parcel H RFP.
