^Good points....and look where most of the development is going up currently: On odd lots, parking garages, adaptive re-use, etc. You wouldn't think there's anywhere left to build, but there actually is.... I would love to see Columbus Center come back to life and fill in that currently dead...

Maybe the Hynes Convention Center can go? We already have a huge facility better suited for the times, isn't the Hynes a bit redundant? Tear it down, and build Boston's first supertall right there!
