You can often see the car that they drive around with in the windows of storefronts and such. It's a car outfitted with a camera on a pole on the roof of the car. I'll post an image if i can find one

See, what I like about it is that the white horizontal lines were in the process of disappearing. The three bottom lit up ones unlit during the course of the shutter being open -- so they're not as bright. so it's kinda like they ease into the black at the bottom of the sign. But that's just me

Phase II. Nothing going on on the other side yet. The back is done though :) And lit up red and green at night. I should get a picture.

Figured I'd post an update, even though it looks basically the same -- but it's been almost a month and a half

Thanks :) The one plus to it getting dark at 3pm is that 80% of the office building lights are on. It makes for a much better skyline/cityscape than those night shots taken on weekends

I love this idea. I must tell you, from experience, that when I print my photos out on nice paper with good ink, it looks at least 2,000 times better.
