This is slightly confusing to me. Is there zero service from January 6 through February 14? If so, these are basically holiday flights only over Christmas, February vacation and spring break. Disappointing for anyone hoping to take these flights not around holidays/school vacations.

Do either of these places require that a certain percentage of their vendors be women or minorities? I doubt it. And if they do, no way it is anything approaching a 60% requirement. I've never heard of a requirement that high for anything similar.

Exactly. This does look nice now. We'll see in 5-10 years. These fountains often have a way of eventually breaking down and never being fixed due to the cost.
