Not going to happen. The World Cup is played in large stadiums (usually 50,000+ capacity) not the 25,000 or so capacity "soccer specific" stadiums.

I don't mind the horizontal and vertical red striping but am not a huge fan of the diagonal red stripe.

While I doubt HOA fees in a brand new luxury building are ever a value proposition, there can be some decent perks to help offset part of the costs. Like fitness and spa facilities. work space, concierge/doorman, private dining etc. You may not value those amenities but many others living...

I agree. With two large music venues, this area could benefit from a smaller music venue (perhaps 200-400 capacity) for smaller shows. It was not a great setup by an means but I remember when Bill's Bar used to host smaller bands many years ago.
