I was under the impression the old Spaulding building was to be torn down to allow for more tracks in/out of North Sation. There are a couple of platforms within North Station that don't even extend out past the building. They currently go unused because there is no place to put the tracks...

And they are certainly "pile-driving". The past week or so I've been walking from Intercontinental to the Courthouse fairly regularly and I can say that it's quite loud. Nice to see some action!

After looking at those first two pics something occurred to me (and maybe this has been expressed before). The RKG would be so much more effective if it was actually bordered by buildings and businesses instead of 3 lanes of roads on BOTH sides. It's too bad they didn't design it with 4 lanes...

Forgive me if this is a dumb question - but wouldn't the parking garage on Clinton St (the one with HardRock Cafe) be a prime location for new development? You can see it in the photo posted above. It seems as though that's a very important location with the proximity to FH and the RGK...

Re: Atlantic Wharf (formerly Russia Wharf) I actually took all of the pics from common areas on 34 & 35. Some of the conference rooms had similar views. I think all of the "offices" were actually one floor down.
