I like the details put in by BRG (third proposal) on the MBTA station entrances and their integration into the rest of the building.

If anyone's curious, I heard from a friend that 3-4 person units in East Village are being offered to students for $6025/semester per room (starting January). Not sure how that compares to current NU housing costs.

Something nobody has mentioned yet in regards to Best Buy: they actually provide a really valuable service which is free electronics recycling. You can just walk in with your old monitor or whatever (bought anywhere) and just hand it to them and they'll recycle it. That's what I'll miss most...
