I also love the arches and am a huge fan of geometric shapes/patterns, so yeah they should leave well enough alone.

Club Royale on tremont street has had some pretty good edm events, I will admit that Boston is totally lacking in terms of a real edm scene, I would argue that it is largely in part because people in Boston are really main stream but Boston is also just lacking good night life in general.

Re: Offical City Hall Plaza Proposals There is an outdoor ice rink in downtown Tampa for much of the winter every year. It is in the 50's-70's all winter and a few days it gets up into the 80's but you can still skate. If the city of Boston really wants an outdoor ice rink they can make it...

We need a dance club nearby. Then people can sit on the steps when they need to rest their legs.

I used to go there all the time but I never had any idea what the outside of the building looked like. Makes sense tho based on the shape. A real shame that it closed. I have never been to another club with the same vibe.

My original post was not to say that I had any intention of actually grinding that ledge, it was simply to point out that the design would not prevent someone who skateboards from doing so if they wanted to. Also I would have gone to a skatepark along time ago if Boston had a good skatepark...

I don't think I have ever grinded a bench or ledge and left it unsuitable for sitting. If little ole granny won't sit on a bench due to a few small scratches then I feel very sorry for her. Maybe she should seek help overcoming her severe fwp.

I skateboard and if that is to prevent me from grinding down that surface it is not going to work.
