When I first looked at this I thought that it meant the team was leaving the Providence area and I just couldn't believe it. Good thing I looked again eh? This will probably be good for Providence if the team moves into the city itself, hopefully they're not moving to another suburban location...

I agree with this. Akron is probably going to stay unless Southwest starts Cleveland or Pittsburgh, which I feel is unlikely.

I feel like DC, Chicago, and San Francisco are fairly good company for Boston to be in. But this is off topic so I'll just leave it at that. Do we know if the groundwork at the site has resumed yet following all of the snow?

Re: MBTA & Regualr Driving may be Shut Down During Coming Snowstorm! Oh don't get me wrong, the work that the different towns have been doing to clear the snow had been terrific. I'm just also saying that the sheer amount of snow has made even the plowed roads quite a bit narrower.

The rest of the country doesn't have Summer and Winter streets? How peculiar, I'd always assumed that they were just street name staples like trees or people.

Damn, compared to some of these cities, it seems like Boston got out relatively well. I mean, at least we didn't replace the West End with parking lots.
