Revere beach (and the majority of the north shore) is a dump. Plus it's right in Logan's runway path. Limited potential.

Isn't North Point not built? Are they trying to prelease? If so, I don't see an unbuilt building coming to auction.

Contrary to my previous statements about the building, it looks good from Summer Street half hidden by One Financial. Still does nothing for me though.
