The Volpe site sounds like the perfect spot for them. Maybe even get that 1000ft tower if they can secure Amazon as the tenant.
Go to here then click the "Interactive Street Map" tab. It doesn't follow the exact path of the commuter rail but all of the station stops should be mapped pretty accurately.
Not sure where to put this but it looks like the Intermission Tavern is closing, allowing the property to be redeveloped.

Ah I see, I guess that wood box on top of the concrete slab threw me off. I thought there was going to be an above ground electrical box right in the middle o the shared use path.

I am really disappointing in that electrical box in the shared use path. Hopefully it won't be as bad as it looks like it's going to be.
Ahhh okay that makes more sense. See I don't know that area at all and it didn't look like it was right next to train tracks.
