I live in Westbrook. What's ironic is the place no one wanted to live in the 90's is where everyone wants to be right now. At least if you can't be in Portland. I love it here.

That's a good replacement. Also looks similar to the house next to it. Fits the neighborhood. Scalloped siding and what appears to be metal roofing look great. Gives it a historical look.

They have these in NYC with a view of the Empire State Building. Removed in the warm months. Super fun.
