Site is small but they must be considering a hotel there or at the other yet-to-be-developed parcel. With GE, BCEC and all the businesses moving there a hotel could definitely work. Would prefer residential here and a condo/hotel at the other site, though not sure if latter is large enough.

I can deal with the Aloft. The Element looks like a casino that is getting ready for demolition. The rear looks like a prison. This is a lock for worst building of the year. It's an embarrassment to Boston.

I bike along the Dorchester Harborwalk a bit and Columbia Point looks like a nice place to live. Granted I'm just cycling alongside it. But isn't the new BHA plan roughly based on that?
