Yes! Between these parcels and the second Fan Pier condo building, we will have 4 more starts in the coming months. Would be great to see Skanska start on the second L Parcel and for Pier 4 phase II to get moving. I'm not sure if anything else is close to the horizon?

I was on the 14th floor of the Fed today looking toward MT. It already really stands out from everything else in its immediate vicinity. It will look absolutely monstrous from that vantage point once it tops off.
