Re: 171 Tremont Street The condo fees will be outrageous! ~350ft building with elevator(s), presumably a door staff, other typical "lux" amenities, maintenance staff, window washing, and so on....divided roughly by 31? I'd ball park it at $10K a unit, per month.

To all the points raised above re: parking and wholesale presence, I'd really like to see a Greenway-facing rendering. Is it me or does the building look like concrete with glass?

That would be epic. Would stitch South End, Downtown and South Boston together, assuming Post Office finally leaves and that stretch of Dot Ave is (ideally) made a pedestrian/bicycle only area. And if Gillette would sell off all those empty lots...

Re: One Canal (formerly Greenway Center, Bullfinch Triangle) I have to admit all the renderings I've seen really throw me off as the building doesn't seem to fit in with the virtual streetscape and surrounding areas. Is the vantage point here Cross and Stillman in North End?

The images on the construction site fencing have Showplace Icon logos on them . . . and Icon did sign a lease to go into Parcel B. The logos on the above renders aren't inconsistent with what I've seen.
