This same type of conversation happened with the Millennium Tower which had the highest occupied floor height and other slightly taller but still not full height numbers mentioned in a ton of the press prior to the completion of the building, but in the end Millennium does appear to be as tall...

Plus the ground in filled areas would most likely liquefy which would cause many of the old buildings built on the fill start to sink into the ground magnifying any pre-existing foundation issues.

The Beverly is workforce housing not affordable and I don't think all the units were classified as workforce or not all of them had as strict a limitation on what they could cost.

The podium will be covered in stone according to the renders and the building proposal PDF. I can't remember what type of stone but I remember that it is going to be real stone used for the facade not precast imitating stone.

I wish I could help with the diagrams but I started working a second job and there is a lot happening this month that I have to coordinate for that so at least for now I don't have time to work much on adding buildings, but once things are a little calmer you may start to see me adding things.

That was always the plan to first build the orange line cars and then build the red line cars because the orange line cars are in worse shape and need to be replaced sooner. Also I believe that picture is actually of the 1/3rd length mock-up considering the orange line cars will have three doors...

I think he was more commenting on the steel being at a higher level on the office side than the residential even though that is where the core is and will be the main focus at first.

That is an estimation anyways at this point and the antenna above the larger bracing is a spire not an antenna so it counts as an architectural detail therefore it counts into the height. But regardless we won't really know for sure for awhile and it isn't that big a deal.
