I hope they redo city hall plaza but find another are for this... probably not the common, but if it grows, could it get bigger and better somewhere else in the city?

I was looking into flights to Milan and JetBlue to ny and emirates to Milan was the cheapest. Do you think it's possible for emirates to add any one stop Europe routes that continue onto Dubai? That would be sweet if they picked up a major euro city boston is missing- Milan and maybe Barcelona...

Density and diversity. Good mix of yuppies, immigrants, families in large close proximity. need for food and serves that cater to all in large numbers.

The 2 bedroom prices seems ok. I mean nice places in West Somerville are like 3k, so 2,800 for brand new construction isn't that crazy. particularly because the selling point is 2 stops to north station.
