Anyone know if this project is on schedule? Someone who works for Partners sorta mentioned that this was delayed, but i really dont think that this person knows much...

I'm not a construction guy so excuse if my comment is dumb to some, but i wish they would throw all those lines underground since they're going to replace the roads anyway.

The old high school is for middle schoolers only; his concerns are the younger and older kids. I'm not aware of the troubles at the school so I cant comment any further.

I couldnt agree more, business is business for the developers. The city reps need to do a better job in accommodating city needs vs going for the money. Everett Ave will be a nightmare from day 1 of construction...

Different projects?

To me, that LA building blows away the the Chelsea campus. I dont know why the city allowed such a drastic change from the original design.

A 7/11 would soo look out of place given the shops/restaurants there. +1 ^, though i tend to hit up Kmart for candy for wifey whenever we hit up AMC for a movie.

Last night on my way home I noticed some trucks leaving loads of Cladding at the site of the old junk yard site in Chelsea across the high school on Everett Ave. The Cladding can be for any ongoing project, but the design resembles those already installed at this location.

most of the renovations was done to the interior with minor touch-ups on the outside. I know that they added the TV display near the Westin Hotel side of the shop.
