Yeah noticed that this weekend. Good move considering the dearth of bikes in Kendall during busy times. Also, 300 employees are moving into the Biogen building, so perhaps that got Hubway on board with another station there.

Re: NorthPoint Cambridge (The one that was train yards, the big plan.) There is definitely excavation going on for 22 Water Street. They finished demolition a few weeks ago and I think they are digging for soil testing now. The plan is to drive piles in September or October.

Re: Parcel 9 - The Greenway I like this. Reminds me of the Santa Caterina Market in Barcelona. Obviously the one in Spain is better, but with the undulating roofline they share a similar character.

Fantastic visualization piggiston! And my gut agrees that this feels right. I spend a lot of time in Kendall and East Cambridge and Hubway is often not usable.

Re: NorthPoint Cambridge (The one that was train yards, the big plan.) This mockup has been around for a long time. I am skeptical that it has to do with 20/20 at all. There is a much larger cube-like structure further west on the Northpoint parcel that may be the actual mockup for 20/20.

Likewise, I was working in 25 First and hoped that the new lighting meant a new tenant. At this point I would be perfectly happy with a Panera or some other fast casual option that does not naturally fit with the food court setting at the Galleria.

Anyone know what is being built on First street in Cambridge? There is an L shaped lot at the south end of the to Boca Grande / The Similans / Helmand block. There has been some excavation there and recently cranes on site. I thought I read something about it in a thread here but not able to...

Re: Lovejoy Wharf These are not new images but I did not already see them in the thread. Images give a better sense for what the pier/dock will be like. I love the pedestrian connection staircase to the bridge.
