Here are some pictures from the pier in front of Spaulding. The Hubway dock has been moved, and a gate installed. There seems to have already been some cleanup and there is a front-end loader on site.

Here is a better angle of the EF building façade. The first two stories are clear glass, then the stripes begin. The "waterfall" will be just to the right of these panels.

This seems like an absurdly high bill for the project. From what I remember, the new MIT Sloan building was about $100mm. Perhaps it's all of the equipment for performances and recording? Either way, I don't see how this will ever happen at that price tag. The developer only raised $30mm since...
