Why on earth spend time/energy/money to build an office building in this climate…it’s almost like they’ve been in a coma the past 3 years.

It’s a problem…I stepped in it and walked it all over my place once…last time I was there visiting I parked in front of tatte, shut my door, looked down and sure enough…makes me glad I left. Covid caused everyone to get a dog.

Lived in Charlestown for a long time…it’s definitely the city. That being said it’s quiet and charming. Parking on the street sucks, and people don’t pick up their dogs sht. Can’t help but think an 80% increase feels like too much. Sullivan sq and city sq can’t handle it. Oh well…still best spot...

The design of these townhouses is very cool…at least in the pics.

How do people get around Everett? It’s not very walkable, no train/boat/subway. Traffic has got to be tough.

The future Parking garage is half mile from the T stop. Strange choice. Is the garage for T parking?

Why don’t they go to market basket? Parking is free.

The deck looks very cool! Slight tangent - unpopular opinion but I hate haymarket. Such an eyesore, seedy, dirty, super annoying to walk through….would love to see it go away.

At the Rutherford/BHCC parking lots the city was offering a 99 year ground lease…thought it was the same here.

Wow…so nice…then you take an elevator downstairs to south station lol. I hope thy upgrade the concourse…grand central is so nice by comparison.

Agreed, great location for a hotel. For some reason I was originally thinking this was that random building next to the Mass pike vent building behind Verizon art deco tower.

Really hope Mbta improves old colony line…one delay and everything turns into a sht show…no wonder everyone just decides to take chances on 93. Worst highway/worst train line. Mbta is great if you don’t care about being on time.
