Also wondering where they'll put the hotel lobby - I would assume not on the first floor due to the tight lot and keeping the hotel and residential entrances separate?

I'm interested to see how they propose handling hotel traffic, residential traffic and the garage entrance/exit all in the one alley. Maybe they'll propose using Patton Ct for something?

Actually, maybe I'm not anti-brick, but just red brick. The Tavata renderings look really good!

Very much looking forward to watching these designs progress - for what it's worth I like the concept of the rounded edges in the brick building. Would like to see something other than brick, though 😬

To be fair, I see Rail Yard Plz, John Poor Xing, Boiler Psge, and Brass Aly called out on the parcel map. Wasn't aware of those until just now - can you tie a permit to an alley?

Yeah, I searched that whole end of Thames and the range on Fore... unless they've created a new street?

Does anyone else feel like the info on CSS is often outdated or incomplete? You'd think there would at least be a permit for whatever they're doing, right?

Ends of the lot are 105, the middle is 125... I think. The reds/oranges in the legend are hard to decipher.

The junk heap that is 9 Somerset is listed with Boulos for sale with no asking price. The sign is posted on the adjacent lot (near Verizon, not outlined in the Boulos map) and listed as for lease with parking available. Wondering if that is part of the lot and the Boulos map is wrong... or maybe...
