Ouch. Anyways, it might not be “the heart” of the Back Bay, but it is an improvement for the Back Bay. Me thinks that Wu will fulfill Menino’s quest of burying much of the Pike with the next best thing to the failed Columbus Center project. When the next developer obtains the Air Rights to...

Well, we don’t know what will happen with the NWSL. It took almost thirty years for the WNBA to gain traction. The issues of gender inequality in professional sports still exists.

It might come to this where Kraft abandons Everett and strikes a deal with Wu (highly unlikely). To answer your question, for this to happen would require Kraft chipping in with the city and add more seats over the years to get the capacity up to 25k. Sidebar: I was thinking about it a second...

I’ll admit that this would be a good short term plan for Everett. Reasonable and cost-effective solution. I’ll give her that.

Ironically enough, Mayor Wu is behind this (so am I). While we kill each over the Everett proposal, could this be a compromise for the Revs? I go hard in the paint with Wu, because she has a NIMBY aura about her. With that said, could she be standing in the way of Everett because she might...

But ins’t that all Environmental non-profits? When I worked for MassPIRG, I used to think that it was all about saving the planet and bringing clean water to the masses. Until I found out how much the former COO took in for a yearly salary.

It’s been set back before. It’s a chess game in Beacon Hill. I’m sure that there’s more to the story. Give it time. And no, we don’t need to know how some things get done. This is language in the eventual removal of a DPA. Again, this is probably done because the city of Boston wants its cut.

So, you concede that public debate is a non-starter in terms of planning framework? Then what are you exactly agreeing with her on? The fact of the matter is that we don’t have strong regional planning. I’m not sure what else you expect Kraft to do here? Because we know how this is going to end...

So then we would circle back to my earlier point about the two-party duopoly. Because both parties are responsible for the T’s shortcomings.
