Call me crazy, but this little modification might just give Boston’s Skyline a new identity. Not in terms of the way that this board sees skyline. This might give the skyline a bit more character. In fact, I think that this is brilliant.

You truly have to understand the politics of Lowell to know why the JAM plan went through the way that it did. Lots of people complained about the Lord Overpass fill and the end result with the bus lane. I think that will be the next complain du jour -at least amongst locals - regarding the JAM...
