    Lolol harsh....I do think this thing is gonna look sweet tho...especially from the “stairs” at DTX subway station/Washington st and from PO square/franklin st and obviously from the Longfellow bridge.

    Boston RE taxes are much cheaper than the burbs...so there’s that. You’d prob miss Scituate in the summer.

    This thing feels really tall as you walk around the area now. How many units ? Never mind: 368 apts...55 condos. It will be interesting to see how all these new units do on the market. I think lovejoy wharf still hasn’t sold out and there’s now a lot of competition for apts in the area.

    This is still the slowest project in Boston but that seemed fast. 1 week to demo the drum ramp 6 for the garage over congress ? 12 for city hall Lol
