Interesting streetwall on the right...Looks very "fractal", like a kind of Sierpinski cube or some such thing. Really eye-catching, but I suppose a lot of it is an accidental artifact of the angle, lighting, reflections, etc. so it doesn't always look like this :cry:

Totally agree! Unlike the Greenway, which so far has failed to achieved its full potential as Boston's next great public space on par with the Public Garden or the Mall, the Seaport has totally exceeded the very high expectations many people had that it would be Boston's new Back Bay.

Interesting observation. By contrast, the offsets get a positive response from me. I generally don't like offset windows, but in this particular case the offsets combine with the curves to give the facade a dynamic quality suggestive of rippling water or ocean waves that I find very pleasing...

That was my criteria for believing too until Columbus Center didn't happen. Now I don't believe it's happening until the certificate of occupancy is issued. Better to be very skeptical than very disappointed.
