St. Pete is a gem. Much better urbanism than its larger neighbor across the bay (Tampa). Pound for pound, maybe the best urbanism of any large city in Florida (not that it's a high bar).

Was gonna say, would have been perfect to do it in conjunction with revamping Copley Square. Huge missed opportunity.

Honestly sounds lit. Can't wait to check it out!

Pretty sure it is open, there are just no tenants leased in the office portion yet. I believe people have started moving into the small residential portion on the lower floors.

I wonder what the Twin Donuts parcel will look like in 10 or 20 years. Given that triangular lot, it seems like it would be a great spot for a tall, landmark flatiron-type building, maybe with the old Twin Donuts sign incorporated somehow.

Residential towers adjacent to a large park always seems like a nice combo to me, as the towers aren't well, towering over smaller resi structures, and they provide a steady stream of residents to patronize the park space and hopefully make it safer w/ additional eyes and feet on the street...

Taco Bell just opened on First Street in Cambridge as well! Many new apartment buildings in the vicinity.
