    Apparently you can do 2 levels of noncombustible material with 5 levels of wood frame over that. I'm not sure if that is what this developer is doing but the 2 and 5 construction is becoming fairly common these days to keep costs down.

    Extended Stay America is not affiliated with Marriott. Did you mean to say it will become an extended stay brand affiliated with Marriott? If that's the case it would include one of Residence Inn or Townplace Suites flags although there is no way Marriott would approve a Residence Inn flag here...

    I went to Suffolk my freshman year, lived on the 8th floor of 150 Tremont with a view of the entire common. Unreal. I went back to visit friends after I had transferred and they had moved into 10 West, I couldn't believe how nice those apartments were.
