Re: Globe Site Residences at Morrissey Blvd are supposed to go up on the lot between the Shaws and the T station parking lot. Synergy got all the approvals last year but the project is currently being marketed by CBRE. Probably will be at least summer before we see anything happen with that...

FYI: The old Goddard House nursing home at 201 South Huntington is for sale again. Being marketed as a historic rehab for apartments (63 units with a potential for 20-30 more). I'm supposed to tour next week and will try and get some pictures

I drive 128 everyday from rt. 109 in Westwood to rt 24 - the added lane makes traffic flow 10x better. Having a designated breakdown helps with rush hour traffic immensely.

It looks like demo may be starting soon on the Red Cab Site at 111 Boylston. There are construction barrels and "no parking except construction vehicles" signs in front of the building on Rt. 9

Any idea what Harvard's plans are for the old Skating Club and the Days Inn?

Is that an office building going up in front of the new Residence Inn? I toured that hotel a few weeks ago and they did an excellent job with it. The Residence Inn's that have opened in the last year around the city are all beautiful, Fenway and Seaport to be more specific are some of the nicest...

Re: 124-126 Salem Street Am I missing something? The rendering shows a garage entrance but the article says that part of the project was eliminated. Have they just not updated the rendering or is that gate for deliveries? When you look at the site on google street view, it sucks for the people...

True story. I was at a real estate conference in Miami in October and it was insane how much development was coming out of the ground.

Re: The Boston Garden (TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End Banks and lenders prefer developments to be phased, it lowers their risk and exposure. This project is being phased for all of the above reasons I would imagine. Higher initial rents, lots of new supply coming to market...
