In order to comply with the MGC deadlines, they would have to have an operator selected and approved for suitability, as well as a full referendum in Revere ONLY (i think), bye the end of the year. I am not 100% on the second referendum being necessary. All in all, Wynn is a lock at this point...

Both Suffolk Downs and Mohegan Sun have lost their referendums. Looks like my predication just became a reality. Well, maybe...at least it looks that way

There is a lot of site work that needs to be done but they are moving, activity there 6 days a week. I believe they hope to have the first retail open by next Christmas or the spring of 2015
