yeah but how often will the bridge be moving? I'm not sure how long it would need to be open for, and how frequently it would open, but that's a huge downside if people are stuck waiting for a boat to come through. The added frequencies don't mean jack if Wynn can't reliably utilize them.

How feasible would it be to extend the orange line back along the former ROW to Everett? I'm assuming that it's a pretty crazy transit pitch when Assembly could perform the same function with a gondola/people mover/canon, but maybe with some serious TOD it could be useful.

Nows the time for it too considering the whole thing is up for repair in 2017. Increased Beverly frequencies and decreased maint. costs will pretty much pay for themselves, seems like a no brainer.

Exactly, there needs to be more oversight on what gets built and what doesn't. The question is how do they quantify a "unique" building and support their development without outright designing the thing themselves.

What do you mean by upgrading the Green Line itself? I'm not sure if you're referring to upgrading to HRT through the core or one of the Blue via Riverbank ideas, or something else entirely, but there is so much more value in expanding the Green Line than just spreading the load before it...
